What’s Happening with the Project Now?

What’s happening is I’m not currently drawing.

After the last page, I looked through my plan for the entire graphic novel. I haven’t scripted it all, but I realised that as it stands, everything I wanted to include would have the project running to hundreds if not thousands of pages.

I won’t live long enough to finish it at this rate!!

So, before I draw another page, I want to do some judicious and ruthless editing. I need to reshape the story, maybe give it a bit more of an angle and choose parts of Smalls’ life from the massive amount of research I’ve accrued accordingly. That’s what’s happening with the project now.

This editing alone is quite a big task… and I’m currently setting myself up as a freelance DJ and creating a website and social media presence to match, while also applying for an intensive course to try to launch me on an entirely new career as well.

As always, my enemy is time.

But work is being done on this… just not visible work.

Unsung Superheroes is an ongoing project, creating graphic novels based on the stories of real-life historical figures whose stories may not be as well-known as they could be.

New pages are added to the current story on the Homepage.

Also available is the opportunity for you to appear as a character in the novel.
